Need to change an address or cancel? Call 1-800-381-6346 or email support@trendsandfinds.com as soon as possible. Orders often ship the same day, so we can't always catch them.
Returns
You have 30 days from your order date to return a damaged or unused item for a refund to your original payment method, or for store credit or an exchange if you prefer. Shipping charges are not refunded.
- Call 1-800-381-6346 or email support@trendsandfinds.com (or reply to your order confirmation) to get a return authorization.
- Write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship it to the address below. We recommend a trackable service; we can't accept packages marked “Return to Sender.”
Refunds are generally processed within 5-10 business days of the return arriving, then take 3-7 business days to post, depending on your bank. Free gifts and promotional items are final.

Every product page starts on a one-time purchase. If you choose a delivery schedule or join the Finds & Savings Club, you can cancel anytime by calling 1-800-381-6346 or emailing support@trendsandfinds.com; there's no fee and no minimum. Full details are in our Terms.
