Every order is packed and shipped from our warehouse in San Diego, California. We hold the stock ourselves, so what you see on the site is what's on our shelves.
Returns & refunds
If you're not happy with your purchase, or it arrives damaged, you can return it within 30 days of your order date for a full refund of the product price.
Subscriptions & membership
No. A few refillable products offer an optional Subscribe & Save plan, and every one of them opens on a one-time purchase. You only subscribe if you choose the subscription option, and the price and delivery schedule are shown before you check out.
