How an order works here
We keep it in stock
Everything in the shop is stocked at our own warehouse in San Diego, California. When a product page lets you check out, the item is on our shelves.
Our team packs your order
Orders are picked, packed and handed to the carrier from that same warehouse, generally within 1-2 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Returns come home to us
You have 30 days to send something back. Returns go to the same San Diego operation that shipped them, so we can inspect them and refund you quickly.

Small problems, solved well
Our catalog covers home and cleaning, smart tech, safety and preparedness, wellness and self-care, style, and car and outdoor gear. What ties it together is usefulness: each product does a specific job, and its page tells you plainly what that job is, what's in the box and how to use it.
Many products come in bundles, so stocking up or buying a few as gifts costs less per item. A handful of consumables, like replacement pads, can be put on a delivery schedule. That is always optional, and every product page starts on a one-time purchase.
